The transport section will slow down equipment speeds in order to stack paper board in an electric transverse section. The transport section uses a wide conveyor belt for transmission, auto stacking, counting, zeroing and outputting, and the paper board will be automatically output in a transversal manner when the predetermined quality or height is achieved. The outlet side is matched with two thin rows of a collecting frame for quick and efficient over turning, bundling, and stacking.

 

AB Port adopts PLC control and automatically runs according to the speed of the production line.
It can transport the paper stacks in two directions, which can double the paper collection efficiency.
If the machine speed is too fast and the workers have no time to remove the paper stacks, the AB Port can avoid this situation.

Features

• Cardboard conveying unit enjoys a slowdown stacking, allowing cardboards' conveying in a horizontal way.
• Cardboard conveying unit adopts a wide conveyor belt for cardboards' conveying, stacking, counting and discharging.
• When the cardboards arrive to a certain number or are stacked to a certain height, a horizontal conveying will be activated.
• Paper carrier, which is made by two rollers, is equipped beside the paper discharging unit for better cardboard turning, packaging and stacking.

2. What is the payment term you accept? 
We usually accept T/T. DP and LC are also ok for us.
We need 30% payment as deposit to arrange production and the balance should be paid before shipping.

3. What is your leading time in average? How much time needs for installation?
The manufacturing period for Stacker is 45 days since deposit is received.

4. How do we install and debug machine?
Engineer guides installation and debug machine via video or on site.

5. Where is factory? How can we visit there?
Factory is at Mianfang Road 36, Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China.
It is near to Beijing and Tianjin, so after you get Beijing or Tianjin airport, we will pick you up to factory.
