The corrugated cardboard production line is essential production equipment for corrugated box producers and plays an important role in the creation of corrugated boxes with three, five, or seven layers. Foreign clients, on the other hand, commonly refer to them as three-layer, five-layer, or seven-layer corrugated boxes, depending on the number of fluted sheets.

The mill roll stand, single-roller pre-heater, single facer, overbridge conveyor, multi-roller pre-heater, glue machine, double facer, slitting machine, NC cutoff, stacking machine, glue kitchen, and optional auto splicer, coating machine, production & management system, condensate water recycling system, and waste baler comprise the corrugated production line.

Single Facer is used to the corrugated paper sheet and adhere it to the liner.
Cassette type is better equiped in the production line because it can change flute roller in a short time, saving time and improving efficiency. With the help of this equipment, various fluts needs and mass production will be met.
We also provide Modular type and Fixed Type Single facer as options.

The scissor-type design of the RC-25 NC Helix-knife Cutoff has a design speed of 250 m/min.
Paper sheets will be cut off by an NC Cutoff Machine to fit the size of the carton box design.
It uses sensor, encoder and servo motor to auto count and cut off with a precision of less than 1 mm.

We are a combination of manufacturer and trading company.

2. What is the payment term you accept?
We usually accept T/T. DP and LC are also okay for us.
We need 30% payment as deposit to arrange production and the balance should be paid before shipping.

3. What is your leading time on average? How much time is needed for installation?
The manufacturing period for production line is 150 days since the deposit is received and installation period is around 30 days.

4. How do we install and debug machines?
Engineers guide the installation and debug machine via video or on site.

5. Where is the factory? How can we visit there?
The factory is at Mianfang Road 36, Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China.
It is near Beijing and Tianjin, so after you get to Beijing or Tianjin airport, we will pick you up and take you to the factory.
