Steam Heat Corrugation Double Facer
 

The double facer is designed to heat, dry and shape the corrugated cardboard. It consists of two parts, the drying and shaping system, plus the main driving system. The body of the double facer is surrounded with cotton belt. The main driving system functions as a pusher of the cotton belt to further make the cardboard move forwards.
Product Description
  • The main body of double facer is made of high strength wide channel steel for stable running at high speed.
  • Touch plate is applied to both hot part and cooling part for auto stable lifting with safety and reliability.
  • Hot plate is professionally fabricated as per the National Safety Standard of Pressure Vessel, which features S-shape airflow design inside to improve the steam utilization ratio. In addition, it's welded with multi-piece reinforcing ribs to keep them in shape under high temperature.
  • The steam inlet and outlet in the pipeline are crossed for uniform temperature of hot plates.
  • The drive part adopts large diameter anilox wearable rubber to reduce the frequency of belt slipping for high running stability.
  • The main drive shaft is matched with speed encoder to be on line with glue machine.
  • The variable frequency drive motor is adopted for wide-range speed adjusting and stable running.
  • The separate drive box is in bevel gear structure with high precision and strength gears made of good quality alloy steel treated with heating and fine fabricating for low noise and large transmitted torque, easy for service and maintenance.
  • The separate oil pumps matched with copper tubes are arranged at bearing and gear locations for cooling to improve the service life of gear box.

We are a combination of manufacturer and trading company.

2. What is the payment term you accept? 
We usually accept T/T. DP and LC are also ok for us.
We need 30% payment as deposit to arrange production and the balance should be paid before shipping.

The manufacturing period for production line is 150 days since deposit is received and installation period is around 30 days.


4. How do we install and debug machine?
Engineer guides installation and debug machine via video or on site.

5. Where is factory? How can we visit there?
Factory is at Mianfang Road 36, Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China.
It is near Beijing and Tianjin, so after you get to Beijing or Tianjin airport, we will pick you up and take you to factory
